Nice little town, close to the Sea Edge Motel. They seem to have everything: fast food, great grocery stores, Dollar Store, Home Hardware, pubs, Mini Golf, nice restaurants and plenty to see in the area like Cameron Lake, Cathedral Grove, Qualicum Beach, and Coombs Market where the goats are on the roof!

If you are into the Artisan scene, there are so many spots to check out in Parksville and surrounding areas. If you enjoy nature walks there are many in this area.

The perfect place for a big group like us. Reasonable price for having our own private rooms . GREAT AMENITIES. Many areas for BBQ for big outdoor gathering. Very private area yet very close to town. Private beach and great views. Few but very Friendly staff

Excellent place for families with young children. The beach is fantastic for finding shells and crabs, with loads of small tide pools. Swimming is the best in warm water. The community park is excellent area for children, with a water park beside it. Ample parking too.

many restaurants are closed on monday and tuesday, however we did find a pleasant restaurant. we did not explore parksville at this visit, instead went for walks in english river falls park and stayed close to our b&b.

Nicely wooded property. All the guests respected the evenings and there was no noise issues. We visited during a heat wave and the room did not have AC but it did have a ceiling fan and floor fan and with the the balcony door open this sufficed. Parksville is a 5 minute drive away and so shopping is nearby. The beach was great. Very relaxing stay.

Comfortable nights sleep and then treated to a delicious breakfast each day. Anneke gave some great ideas to do during the day including visiting / hiking Englishman river falls. Your stay also gives you a free pass to go mini golfing which we were unfortunately not able to do. Also very close to the beach.

She succeeded. She allowed us to check in early to catch up on sleep lost the night before. Our room (top floor #308) faced the beautiful beach, was warm and inviting. The hotel was quiet for the entire night. The staff professional and positive. Breakfast to go was good. This is a great hotel for a great price. 👌
