Exceptional stay beginning with Kristina who checked us. She spoke English which was so helpful you us from Arizona! We travel with lots of icepacks which Kristina kept frozen for us in a freezer. Appreciated the thoughtfulness in the room from the furniture, lighting, bedding, refrigerator and it was especially nice to have the many outlets available at the desk and bedside to charge our tech gear. Most other places do not have that. The bathroom was clean, spacious with good counter space. The in-room coffee was good and we are now fans of Timothy's coffee. Also loved the little entry shelf for putting keys and wallets and the wall clothes hooks. Added touches that made it feel like home. Thank you!

The pictures don’t do justice to this amazing place! Martine was amazing, she gave us so many information about the surroundings and everything you could do! The apartment is gorgeous, silent and perfect for a romantic gateway. If I am coming back to Saguenay I will definitely be back here ☺️

Our night at the Chateau Murdock Gite et Esthétique 1950 will likely remain the best stay of our trip to Québec. François and Nathalie were adorable, welcoming us warmly into their home, and giving us great recommendations to enjoy our time in Saguenay. Everything was made with a lot of love & care. It is just breath taking, the scenary, Saguenay and Lac...

It is just breath taking, the scenary, Saguenay and Lac Saint Jean area is marvelous. Hiking, biking, walks, sight seeing, it has it all. I loved it, and the road towards Saint Feliciene was amazing, the lakes are beautifull.

Saguenay is a beautiful sector, North of Quebec, which seems like the diamond in the rough. No one would think about going to Sagueneay, however, they have great outdoors, both winter and summer. Definitely, a must-visit for anyone who appreciates the great outdoors.

WE WERE THERE FOR A QMJHL OR LHMJQ(FRENCH) HOCKEY GAME WHICH IS VERY GOOD QUALITY HOCKEY PLAYED IN A VERY GOOD FACILITY. WEATHER PERMITTING, CHICOUTIMI OFFERS MANY GOOD WINTER SPORTS OPTIONS, ESPECIALLY SNOWMOBILING. IT IS VERY SCENIC AND A SUMMERTIME VISIT WOULD BE VERY BEAUTIFUL

The location was good and convenient, Nice staff and clean...

The location was good and convenient, Nice staff and clean property , except noise from next room that was too loud! We ate at Boston pizza which is a part of the hotel. Next time I bring warmer clothes to walk in nature because of beautiful winter scenery and fresh weather!

I loved everything about the hotel.

I loved everything about the hotel. The courtesy of the staff, their smile and readiness to help, everything was great. The pool and sauna was great. The only thing I did not like was not having a microwave in the room. A microwave is available instead in the hallway.

1. Manage at least 1-2 housekeeping staff for the Night Shift as well. 2. Deluxe room for a family with two kids is not enough. Better to think about the family room. 3. Coordinate with Boston Pizza to diversify their menu.
