CanadaThe chalets are beautiful, with beautiful surroundings, and beautifully kept. Seriously, the owners and proprietors have thought of everything! We loved our time INSIDE as much as our time spent outdoors, and that says a lot.
You manage to feel cozy and secluded in the chalet, even though there are other chalets nearby. The proximity to a hiking trail and to the lovely falls means that nature is just steps away from you at all times.

It is a small town with surprisingly busy traffic.
It is a small town with surprisingly busy traffic. The local Tim Horton's looks as if it just went bust! There's a Robin's (Donuts) next door to Tim's. There's really little to see here, but the Indian River hiking trail is excellent, well-maintained and beautiful. I can't attest to the restaurants. I have Celiac, and was not sure about local restaurants, as none were listed in my Find Me Gluten Free app. Anyway, we had some left-overs to eat at our motel.
