The entire time they were welcoming, friendly, their hospitality was incredible ! They made me feel like they knew me ! I forgot my charger for my phone, so they even let me use their personal one in my room for the night just as a courtesy ! I was later checking out, which was my fault, no extra charge, and they were very understanding and so nice ! The room was extremely clean, had a balcony and air conditioner ! It even had a keurig for coffee in the morning ! I will absolutely, stay at the Suburban motel from now on without question when staying in Stratford :)

What we like about Stratford is that it’s not just a tourist town like maybe Niagara on the lake is. We have been coming for many years mainly for the Festival but lately we just come to enjoy a relaxing time away from the city. Plenty of excellent restaurants good shopping great walks and pubs to get a nice pint.
Stratford is an enjoyable town for a weekend trip. A nice variety of restaurants, some interesting shopping and some wonderful chocolate shops. Part of the reason we visited was for the Stratford Christmas Lights Festival and maybe it was due to the pandemic but we found the festival to be very underwhelming. I expected Stratford to be a bit more festive for the holidays.
Great location for walking along the river and browsing stores. Ate at the Stratford Thai restaurant which was very good. Of course, you have to see a play while there. Also visited the Stratford Gardens. A very clean and enjoyable town.
This was our tenth time to Stratford, we love it for short trips. we enjoy walking along the river, and walking around town, Very pleasant place. we go for the theatre mainly. But the food is good and we enjoy shopping.
We were here with the Covid restrictions so no entertainment but enjoyed the town and surrounding areas. Demetreys restaurant excellent/Liver&onions second to none and have to mention Fellini’s downtown Stratford “excellent “.
Stratford is a great get away for the whole family in swimming season. The parks and paddle boats and public pool right down town delighted our children. The outdoor dining options were great and the walkability of the city was amazing.
Stratford
I loved the garden and waterfall in the backyard of the Garden Stroll Bed and Breskfast. Lovely space to wind down after a day of shopping and seeing the Stratford art gallery. The host was very hospitable and welcoming and knowledgable about the different plays being put on under the tents. The host made us a wonderful breakfast before we started our day and she followed all the covid requirements.
Stratford
We stay here every year when we come to the Stratford Theatre. We love it. It’s immaculate, quiet, comfortable and easy to get to. It’s just on the edge of town, close to restaurants, shopping, gas and the theatre. The owners are great, the rooms large and nicely decorated. We would not consider going anywhere else. There’s a small breakfast room—great for my husband because he’s up early.
Stratford
Everything was very clean and tidy. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was superb and one could feel the love our host put into there. ÖLocation is good fro walking to the town, allowing you to see more Stratford, than staying in central area. Also, the sheets were so soft :)
Impressed with the cleanliness as well as the amenities available in the room. The hotel also had a swimming pool & gym; unfortunately I did not have enough time to avail myself of these facilities. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice.
The location is amazing. Steps away from everything. The hotel is so vintage and charming. Rooms are small, but comfy. Our view out the window was a brick wall. 😂 Staff is super helpful, informative and friendly. We would stay here again! Thanks.

Stratford
Location was perfect, just steps away from the best restaurants in Stratford (including our favorite); house was spotless, everything worked well, and the value was unbelievable. Next visit: same place, if available!
Stratford
Location was quiet and easy to find. Not within walking distance of the Stratford theatres but there is lots of parking in the theatre district. Breakfast was delicious and hosts were friendly and helpful.
We have been staying at this property for a decade. There has been a noticeable improvement to the hotel and the service since Vintage Hotel Group took it over.
I have stayed at the Festival Inn many times. Each overnight trip to Stratford always involves a stay here. The staff is always readily available and helpful.
