Ok room, but fixing an issue took so much time, mainly because there is no reception there, keys left on the desk, a number to call, numerous promises to come and address, but did not happen for a long time. Breakfast and housekeeping staff professional and helpful, maintenance person (on contract?) said first broken fridge didn't matter since most guests stayed one night only, then said he'd fixed the issue we needed fixed, but this wasn't true. We chose the hotel in part so we could keep food cold, it did matter to us and was part of their website. This is not a 4 star hotel, and we've learned we won't stay in one that doesn't have staff on duty. They could have but did not collect local tourist tax, I must now figure out how to pay when we're home, PayPal wouldn't accept my request. Written by Carolyn

This was our favorite hotel and location in all of Switzerland! The views, secluded location, and rooms were spectacular! We often dream of going back!
