The view from the room was absolutely spectacular, of the entire valley below and the mountains surrounding it, like something from a movie! The room is cute, cozy and clean, with a renovated and spotless clean bathroom. The breakfast buffet was good, and the staff (owner?) very nice. Hotel is located next to the gondola station so really convenient to arrive! Belalp is a wonderful location for hiking or even easy walks, with breathtaking views! Perfect visit, and i would love to visit again!

Comfortable room with everything we needed and extremely helpful, friendly staff :-)

Superb location, really comfortable room and nice breakfast.

Everything especially the attention of the staff. They did not forget about my birthday and gave me amazing gift. Thank you!

Amazing place. Everything was very clean and tidy including lobby and bar area. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Taps, shower worked great. SmartTv and Internet also worked perfectly. Nicole the manager was very kind and accommodating. She also looked after our luggage past checkout time so we could use the day to explore. Bottom line, I would stay here again

I would really like to thank the person in charge of helpline on the night shift who really took care of me and understood my situation. I wish you and your team all the best.

It’s a great place for family or group of friends. Lots of activities offered. Free parking.

Great location ski to door Amazing spa with mountain views Comfortable beds

My wife and I travelled here from Australia and we loved the friendly atmosphere. The hosts take great pride in the chalet and made us feel right at home. We had half board, and the food was delicious.

Great room, wonderful restaurant and staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Easy walk from the train station. Comfy room, great shower and had shampoo, soap etc. Lovely meal downstairs, it’s a proper restaurant that people travel to, not just guests at the hotel.

Beautiful cosy hotel and friendly staff!

Location was beautiful and the coffee provided in the room was delicious

Location, amazing staff, good restaurant

We went for hiking nearby, so we wanted a hotel that is comfortable but not fancy because we will only sleep there. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and quiet, meeting all our need. Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant was great. Food are quite nice. They seem to specialize on cordon bleu because one third of the menu is dedicated to different variation of cordon bleu (made my partner very happy).

Host were fantastic, staff were super helpful and owners are the nicest people.

Our stay was exceptional. The staff were very friendly, attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The room was spacious, spotless and bed was very comfortable. The indoor/outdoor pool was incredible. The mountain view was breathtaking especially early morning. The area is quite, safe and bus station and cable car to Sparrhorn right in front of the hotel. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, comfy room and delicious intercontinental breakfast.

Everything,I really like that they offer coffee, and beer and a lot of extra things

The walk from the cable car station along the panorama trail with amazing mountain views takes approximately 25-30 minutes. There are many walking and skiing trails available around. You can have dinner a la carte at the hotel (there are not many other options in the village). Peaceful and quiet. We had a double room in the attic with a tiny window and two comfortable beds joined. The bathroom was small, but clean. Your luggage can be delivered from the cable car to the hotel, if you book in advance.

The hotel was very well maintained and had a charming appeal. Friendly staff and a very good breakfast.

The overall design and commodities are great. Also the location is perfect.

Perfect location in the town centre. All the staff are really nice, except one old guy on the night shift. Not much choice for breakfast but very good quality. The hotel is rated 3 stars but my room was at least 4 stars. Amazing bathtub with massage, really big bathroom and a long balcony. Surprised by the quality.
