Excellent self check in hotel in a great location for us on our Motorbike tour around Europe. Lovely balcony with a great view of the mountains. Host sent us key codes for doors. Lift was very handy for our luggage.

Staying in Boutique Hotel Panorama for my birthday for good reasons. We chose this place because of the perfect view and spa. In reality it was better than expected, not even talking about dinner and breakfast where we got freshly cooked eggs. Spa area not very big, but you can find sauna and hammam and nice chairs where to rest outside it. There was also water and tea for everyone next to the sauna, which we really appreciated. In owerall the hotel, the staff was great, nothing to complain, if you plan a fancy stay with a balcony, this is the one.

The moment you you sleep here, you understand what being alone in The Universe means. The place is quiet, minimalist, the view from each Mazot is like nothing i ve see before:stunning. Still, there are some things you should know: 1.The day of check in you are sent a what s up message with all the indications you need. In winter, for example the place is accesable only by foot, so take in consideration 40 minutes from Aminona, or 1 hour from Violettes. I m a really slow Walker,so maybe for you is faster. Aminona lies at 1600 m, and Colombire at 1810m, so it s uphill.In summer, from April to November there is a free bus each 30 minutes. In Crans Montana all busses are free.... 2.Breakfast is included, Lunch and dinner must be booked in advance. The restaurant is up from the Mazots, and they serve really good food and good wines. My favorite plate was '' Polenta Montagnard". A source of mountain water lies in The middle of the 6 chalets. 3.The view is amazing,especially in The morning, still, to enjoy this view one or two days are not enough, I recommend a journey(a stay) of 4minimum nights, so you really understand something. 4.Last thing:you really have to be used to being alone, as up there there is nothing and nobody to disturb your silence. My favorite Mazot was Aminona, as it is the recent one build , but next Time I know and i will book this one. 5.So, around Colombire there are only 4 or 5 possibilities to eat, and have a drink, as far as I know:Cave du Scex, Plumachit(but you risk to go there for nothing, as the place is usually CLOSED, Cabane de la Tieche, and '' La vache noire'', which is really far, but the effort is worth it, as they serve really good plates. 6.Acces with trolley in winter is impossible, so take in consideration a light back pack.

Very good location near the train station and convenience stores, convenient for walking around the city. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful with everything. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and nice to stay in.

Best shower and bed we have had so far on our month long trip. Room had a lovely view, peacefully quiet and close to the rail station. Loved the calming tree motif on the ceiling above the bed!

Where do I even begin? This trip was an absolute blast! Both the city and the nearby ski resort blew our expectations. But let's talk about the real star of the show: the hotel. The breakfast buffet deserves its own standing ovation. It wasn't just a spread of food, it was a symphony. From the vibrant display of fresh fruits and breads to the diverse selection of cereals, yogurts, and cheeses, every morning was a delicious adventure. But what truly elevated the experience was the staff. Their helpfulness and warmth were overwhelming. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, constantly anticipating my needs and exceeding my expectations.

We had a lovely few days here enjoying the spa, restaurant and bar. We also had dinner at another hotel owned by the group, which was excellent. It was a busy weekend at the resort and we were very well looked after by the staff who organised options on and off site for us to enjoy. We loved our room too!
