The owner of the hotel is very kind, she arranged a birthdaycake for my friend. Dogs are welcome and we also felt very welcome. The terme with natural spring water and the nice garden are great. All in all a wonderful stay.

Historical nature of the building and stunning rooms. Location was great and amazing views. Big bathrooms

We had a Nice balcony room. Excellent breakfast with a view. Staff gave us discount voucher for thermal baths upon check in. Restaurant next door which is convenient on late nights.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Good sized room with character and a comfortable bed. This was great value for money.

It was so wonderful located, I loved the view … actually cried when we had to leave because I would have stayed more . I will definitely return here one day and for a longer periode of time

Beautiful location, charming building, friendly staff

We loved loved loved the spa - views were incredible from the outdoor part of the spa (jacuzzi, sauna and incredible hot tub) and indoor spa was just a relaxation haven. Rooms were super comfy, breakfast was delicious with helpful nice staff. The helpful man working at the reception let us check in early and leave our luggage beyond check out. I really highly recommend a trip to Leukerbad, so easy in terms of public transport and so many great facilities like restaurants and shops but also incredible breathtaking nature hikes in the immediate surroundings of the hotel.

The pools are good with a nice view. There are 1 indoor pool, 1 outdoor pool with moderate warm water, 1 outdoor pool with cold water, and an outdoor bathtub with hot water.

All the environment of the hotel and surrounds are very good we appreciated the hospitality of this family owner of the hotel.
