We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The cleanliness of both the room and the bathroom was impeccable; everything felt fresh and well-maintained. What truly sets this hotel apart is its incredible location – being just steps away from the train station made getting around incredibly convenient. I liked everything about the hotel, but the hosts Marcel and Monika are really nice people. They were always helpful and willing to give us tips on interesting places to visit. Even after we left the hotel I received messages from them with good information about Lucerne, which was the next city we visited.

Good hotel. Welcoming and friendly staff. Clean, almost new room. Unworn, clean white bedding. The room has a small table. It is possible to make your own tea. Every day a bottle of water as a gift. On the ground floor there is a restaurant. Breakfast is traditional. There is even a fruit salad. Special thanks to Michael for help and hospitality. If I'm in Bern again, this hotel will be my choice.

The apartment has everything a family needs for a few days of stay. The parking space is a plus. There are trams no. 7 and 8 and a bus 27 that can bring us to the old town. We can eat at home and prepare picnic for lunch.

Hotel ideally situated for access from/to motorway. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. A number of restaurants within a few minutes walk offered a choice of different cuisines. Breakfast was simple, well presented and just what we wanted.
