Good location. Very clean. Good breakfast. Helpful hosts who provided any info requested. Good size room and balcony

Customer service was amazing and whilst this isn’t a new hotel it had all the things that really matter. A hot shower in just the right height / position, an excellent breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable beds and a top value guest pass as well as being quiet yet in the center of Lenk. Top tip: if you contact the hotel in advance they can issue you an electronic guest pass which will save you $$ on local mountains buses and trains in the region - definitely worth it.

Very friendly staff, nice rooms, small but nice breakfast.

Very friendly staff, small but nice breakfast.

Rooms were simple but very comfortable, clean and tidy with everything required.

From the moment we got out of the car, we were treated like royalty with staff ready to take bags and check us in (we had to wait for check in but we sat in comfy chairs and only had to wait a few minutes). From valet parking to over 7 saunas in the spa and 3 gourmet restaurants to choose from, as well as a view across the mountains, this resort is definitely one to visit to spoil yourself rotten! Highly recommend.

Wonderful staff and a magical place

Comfortable room and great facilities for a one night stay 👌

Excellent stay at Hotel Krone in Lenk. The location was fantastic: the start line for the UTMB Wildstrubel Glacier Marathon Lenk, which is why I was in town, was right outside the hotel. There's also a convenient parking space just a two-minute walk away, which is free in summer. What really stood out was how accommodating the team was. Ahead of my stay I had two special requests: a very late check-in (I ended up arriving close to midnight due to a flight delay) and holding a package with my trail running poles that I'd shipped ahead so I wouldn't have to fly with them. The hotel confirmed both without any fuss, left my key at reception for the late arrival, and had the package waiting in my room by the time I checked in. Great communication throughout and a team that clearly goes out of its way for guests with unusual requests.

Excellent location, magnificent views from the huge balcony, all the needed amenities in the kitchen, smooth check-in and very friendly staff - we'll be back :) FYI : there are lots of nice free activities to be done in the valley thanks to the Guest Card from the hotel, ie. taking cable cars up the mountains, reduced entrance fee at the pool, etc

Excellent location remote but safe and stunning views very friendly staff

Magdalena, Rafael and team have turned this spot in a beautiful oasis of quiet and calmness. The vegetarian 4-courses degustation menu is a delight and highly recommendable. Location also perfect with beautiful views all around.

The room was nice and big. The hotel well located and near everything. Right by the train if needed. Great breakfast. Very nice staff.
