Before we arrived, we received an email with access information for the luggage room, allowing us to move around the area without having to carry all our belongings. However, when we arrived a little before the check-in time, they gave us the room right away. The room was clean and spacious (enough for three people) and included all the basics for our stay, such as towels and a small coffee station. The bonus was the view. The staff, for their part, were very kind; they even offered to drive us to the train station on our departure day at no extra cost. A place 100% recommended.

Balcony rooms have views to die for.. extremely scenic location and direct access to boat is fantastic.. Friendly staff as well

The hotel was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was also delicious. On top of that, the hotel's surroundings and outdoor areas by the lake were very pleasant and inviting. For all these reasons, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. A big thank you to the entire staff for such a lovely visit!

Great old-style fancy hotel places just in front of the amazing lake in the mountains. We had a big room with a lake view and this was fantastic. The staff was super kind. There is a restaurant with tasty food on the ground floor. Parking is free.

As a frequent traveler, I can endorse this hotel as simply exceptional! The location and view of Lake Brienz from the room windows were breathtakingly gorgeous and unbeatable! The staff was the friendliest I have experienced in the last 16 years of traveling across Europe! Thank you so much for your warm hospitality and home-like environment! The rooms were sparkling clean and modern, and the breakfast was perfect. Waking up to the stunning autumn view of Lake Brienz and the mountains was therapeutic! The hotel is in the charming village Ringgenberg, only 5 mins' drive away from Interlaken and 20-30 mins away from Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald. I would love to visit again in summers.

The hotel is peace of art, we like the breakfast and the atmosphere, the view is breathtaking and surrounded with nature, the room is cozy and comfortable.

Its really clean and on the excellent location 2min to busstand. Also staff was vary friendly. I also will stay this next time.

We loved the very spacious room with a lake view. We felt comfortable and walked all over Brienz, and the experience was unique. My wife and I enjoyed it. This is our second time back.
