Beautiful upgraded room, thanks to host wanting us to have a good experience. Absolutely amazing clean, air conditioned, modern, large room with a stunning view and our own private deck with chairs and coffee table!! We could see the Unesco castles from our deck and watch the beautiful trains glide into the train station every ten minutes. Some reviews complained about this but these trains glide in so slowly, smoothly and quietly it was no issue! It was a train watchers paradise!

Location was fantastic. Very short walk to station and to old town/castle. Super clean. The woman that greeted us and checked us out was so helpful, really appreciated her letting us leave our bags there for the afternoon. We did a bunk room with shared bathroom, bathroom was always super tidy as well.

The view from the room was priceless! Very clean room, comfortable bed and very near the center. Easy to self check in with the codes provided by message.

Excellent place, quiet and with a nice restaurant, wine interest is something special at this place :) Good service and food and very friendly people will receive you as guest

1. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the station, and there are two supermarkets and a pharmacy opposite. 2. The hotel's attached restaurant is delicious. 3. The room is clean and the equipment is easy to use. 4. The service of the counter staff is very good. Good accommodation for travel. 5. Reasonable price

Fantastic location and view. It's very close to the main station and to the main castle. You can see the main castle from your window. There is also some castle walls behind the hotel. It's very beautiful. The morning coffee is great. The wifi is good. It has a small refrigerator in the room and a towel dryer, very good. The employees are very kind.

We were treated with great warmth and care in the Locanda Marco. Personal yet discrete service, comfy cool room with great pillows, wonderful food and wine recommendations and a very special breakfast room and poached egg! Loved the outdoor seating for the evening meal and feel so grateful for having been made to feel so special and welcomed. We’ll be back and we highly recommend!

Perfect hosts, who is also a fantastic cook. The cheese - and cold cuts platter as the first course of the diner was full of regional products. And the main courses were delicious. Tasty breakfast. Easy parking. We totally recommend Ai Cav for a relaxing stay in Val Calanca.
