Dominic and his colleagues, they are so professional. They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. Excellent and beautiful hotel, spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. We were given a free taxi from the train station - the train station is a 10-minute walk along a pleasant road. Quiet and cozy, good soundproofing. There is a balcony. The room has coffee capsules, tea and bottled water. The staff is very friendly. In the evenings, you can order dinner and a cocktail at the bar. Excellent spa and several saunas with a salt room and a relaxation room, with tea and coffee, dried fruits and juice. When it rains, it is very pleasant to warm up in the hot pool. We went to the sauna without bathing suits - we wrapped ourselves in a towel. A towel is on each floor in the spa area. We ordered an excellent massage - you need to book in advance because there are not always places. Delicious breakfasts with panoramic views of the beautiful city and mountains. In the mornings there is champagne, delicious coffee, scrambled eggs, croissants, different types of cheese and much more. The train station is a 10-minute walk along a pleasant road.

Our recent stay at Frutigresort in Frutigen, Switzerland, was absolutely fantastic and we can't recommend it enough, especially for families! This resort truly lives up to its motto of "arrive and simply enjoy." From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was comfortable, modern, and spotlessly clean, offering a lovely balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains – perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. We particularly appreciated the spacious bathroom and the thoughtful touches like tea and coffee facilities in the room. What truly sets Frutigresort apart are the incredible facilities and endless activities available right on site. The highlight for us was definitely the fantastic indoor and outdoor swimming pools, which provided hours of entertainment for the whole family. It's so convenient to have such well-maintained pool areas accessible to guests. Beyond the pools, there's so much to do! The kids absolutely loved the adventure playground, mini-golf, and the artificial turf pitch. There were even table tennis facilities and a climbing tower for those seeking a bit more adventure. It's clear this resort has been designed with families in mind, ensuring there's something to keep everyone entertained, no matter their age. The location in Frutigen is also excellent, serving as a perfect base for exploring the stunning Bernese Oberland. We enjoyed easy access to hiking trails, and for those interested in winter sports, we learned it's also a great spot for skiing with a free ski bus service available. Public transport is easily accessible, and having free parking at the resort was a huge plus. The breakfast buffet at the BEMATO restaurant was a wonderful start to each day, offering a good variety of options to fuel up for our adventures.

I give this house full marks. We spent four very happy nights here, and the experience of the homestand was much better than that of the hotel. Firstly, the homestand was beautifully decorated, the town was very quiet, and it was only 3 minutes away from the station and coop supermarket. Secondly, the cooking equipment was complete and equipped with a dishwasher. The surprise is that the house has an elevator!

Very comfortable and well cleaned room, larger than many other single rooms I have stayed in. The price was comparably cheap to other hotels, and you get a lot for the money. Perfect place to stay if one wants to visit Oeschinensee since the hotel is next to the train station and cheaper than staying in Kandersteg.
