The hotel is in a STUNNING location, with the lake and mountains in front of you and a cute village at the back truly beautiful. The staff were also super helpful and kind.

The hotel is secluded, peaceful, and picture-perfect, located right on the lake with its own private beach — ideal for a quiet swim or just relaxing by the water. Getting to the hotel is part of the experience: a unique and beautiful road winds through lush greenery and offers stunning views along the way. It is an amazing hotel with an unforgettable vibe. Everything around is so beautiful: mountains, lawns, the lake, even buildings look great. The spa is spacious, well equipped, with different rooms and pools, including outside pool with a hot water. There are a bunch of restaurants and bars on the side with delicious dishes and drinks. We had a hike every day and the trails were spectacular.

Very beautiful hotel with absolutely incredible view ! From the bed you ll see full lake and mountains, peace and calmness that’s what we really need ! Breakfast was average nothing delicious and special ! Location is perfect!

Wow what a view, loved this location. Food was excellent, service was great, staff were good and kind. There was a local free bus service that runs every hour, we bought the bus on the left side as you walk out of the restaurant. We were told to go to opposite side but we waited, so we went walk about and on the way back from the Hergiswil station we caught the bus at 5 mins past the hour and he dropped us in 3 mins to the Roggerli bus stop and we walked 5 -6 mins to get back to the hotel. Do not walk with luggage to the hotel, it is killing. Lucern was 13 mins by train. I am happy I stayed here instead of Lucern.
