Excellent location, great hospitality by the team and excellent service. The Breakfast was delicious.

The staff were very nice and polite The place is very calm and relaxing

Everything! The view is excellent, the bed was really comfortable, clean and warm lights!! I cannot stress this enough but it really feels like a hospital when hotels put white lights but fortunately this was not the case. The host was also super nice and gave us plenty of advice for the Thun area.

Helpfull staff, nice location, easy to park

The room is super beautiful with a great landscape view. The breakfast was super delicious. The team is so welcoming and helpful. Finally, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, and its location was excellent—within a 10-minute walk from both the train station and Lake Thun's boat dock. The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous, helping us with our luggage and providing us with maps for sightseeing. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The lady who prepared the breakfast was also very friendly. As we were leaving, we ran into them and exchanged a cheerful farewell. It was truly a delightful trip.

Loved the hotel, it was so cosy the bar area was furnished like a cowboy saloon it looked so good… would definitely recommend…great location.

A heartfelt review for the hotel Dear hotel team, Peace be upon you, and greetings of love and appreciation to every member of your wonderful team. First of all, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the smooth and fast check-in from the very first moment. This care made the beginning of our stay comfortable and stress-free, as if you were waiting for us with open arms. But honestly, what made my experience unforgettable — truly exceptional in every sense of the word — was one young staff member. Her name is Lidija. My friend, this girl was more than wonderful. She was indescribably friendly, kind like a sister, and as cooperative as an old friend. The way she treated me and my wife was full of respect and warmth, to the point that we felt we weren't in a hotel — we felt we were in our second home, even in the home of family and friends. Truly, Lidija made us feel warm and safe. She is a living example that a caring employee is the real secret to any place's success. May God reward her with all goodness. As for the room, I can only say: how beautiful it was! It was warm, impressively clean, and the stunning view of the lake gave the heart a sense of peace and indescribable calm. The cleanliness I saw with my own eyes made me stand in respect for the hardworking team behind the scenes. Because of these beautiful feelings, I will continue to advise everyone I know — all my friends and family — not to think twice about any other hotel when visiting your beautiful city. I will tell them: go to this hotel without any hesitation. You will find hearts there, not just rooms. Thank you again and again. Thank you for every kind word and action. I wish you from my heart continued success and excellence. With my warmest regards and sincere love, A very grateful guest
