The hotel meets standards of a five star hotel in more aspects than expected. Easily accessible Free water refills 24/7 plus an endless supply of free Shorley, local fizzy drinks and sealed bootlegs of sparkling water. The breakfast service was excellent with perfectly cooked eggs and all necessities of international breakfast buffet, not to mention the perfectly baked croissants and other bakeries. The front desk staff are polite and knowledgeable to all enquiries about activities and the hotel facilities. A warm welcome desert and lovely message was to meet us at the room. The coffee and milk was refilled daily. The rooms are spacious with multiple compartments providing privacy to the tenants and beautifully set out with a marvelous view. We were gifted a Local Made Jam jar on check out:) Free parking right outside the hotel, it is close to the bus station and they have their own ski slope! wonderful stay ♥️

A Warm and Modern Swiss Retreat Staying at this property was an absolute delight. It strikes a perfect balance between warmth and modernity—cozy yet stylish, charming yet contemporary. The room itself had thoughtful touches that added to the experience, including a record player, which made for a nostalgic and relaxing evening. The design blends modern surfaces with an inviting atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home. The restaurant was another highlight. With a chef whose creations are truly Michelin-quality, every meal was a masterpiece. Even when I woke up late and had missed the designated breakfast hours, the staff graciously prepared a meal for me, a gesture that speaks volumes about their hospitality. The location is in a charming, modern Swiss village, offering the best of both worlds—scenic beauty and contemporary convenience. Outside, a beautiful courtyard adds to the ambiance, providing a perfect spot to unwind. But what truly sets this place apart is the warmth of the people. When we got to the hotel we didn't want to stay because it is very high in the mountains. It was very foggy that day. We had then decided to stay. In the end, we were very satisfied that we stayed. Sonia and Martin were certainly good hosts. The natural area around the hotel is great for hiking or just walking in nature.
