The staff offered enough guidance even before the check in, it has good location for someone attending meetings in Geneva and good access to variety of eating places and shopping places. It is also close to the train station and a tram with numerous free buses to take on around throughout the city.

excellent location, the train is 3 minutes away where you can quickly travel to Geneva or some nice town in France, the breakfast is excellent, the service and the comfort of the room are excellent, everyone is very friendly

Friendly staff, not so much for english speaking but they still try their best to assist you :) very close to the train station and in the middle of a mall with lots of restaurants around, breakfast was good.

Everything was ok: room was spacious enough and very clean, quite varied breakfast with very good coffee, very good Wi-Fi, daily cleaning of rooms. Short walk to reach train station or tram with connection to Genève. The town is nice, quiet and you can find everything there: good restaurants, good shopping places and also can make trips to France or Switzerland by train as Annemasse is a quite a big train station. As our flight was early morning we arrived at the hotel at 10:00 and we could check-in immediately because we agreed in advance with the hotel receptionist to prepare for us the rooms against a fee that we considered fair.

The Woodward service overall is superior from the time you check in until you check out. They are in touch with you on WhatsApp and arranging everything you need, making it very easy to you to request any service, and they are super kind and responsive. So far, it is one of the best experience I’ve ever had during my special occasion. Rooms are very clean, organized, housekeeping almost every time you leave the room on top of night service before you go to bed to ensure we have everything we need in the room.

Family room was perfect for our family of 5, rare to find a room for all of us together. Beds were very comfy. Pepper steak dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Female employee who checked us in and served us dinner was lovely and very helpful and patient with us. As were the two male employees in the restaurant that night.

First of all, we ended up not staying at the Residence because it's more like a summer resort of the 5* Hotel Metropole that doesn't really operate at this time of year. So you should discuss with the staff of the Metropole to advertise it in the season only. We ended up staying at the wonderful Metropole courtesy of it's amazing staff and we were pampered like princes. We received top quality champagne on arrival and a bottle of incredibly fine vintage red wine on departure. The breakfast was more than excellent, the personalized attention of the concierge, Sebastien absolutely unique and very helpful. The best hotel experience in a ten day beautiful journey.
