It was our first time in Locarno, and it was amazing 👏 Small hotel with nice rooms and lake view balcony! Amazing! Friendly staff, clear instructions for late check-in, very good restaurant in the same building, on the 1st floor! Comfortable beds, fridge in the room. 5 minutes walking from the station

Very friendly personal and central location

A wonderful location with stunning views over Lake Maggiore. An excellent, dog-friendly restaurant with stylish menus. Glad there was a lift for my husband to use: the dog and I climbed many steps to acces the garden as the hotel is perched on a ridge. However, the space was very cleverly used with quiet areas as well as a lovely terrace with a bar.

Wonderful place with everything you can wish for when travelling with kids.

Very kind, friendly and helpful! Even with our dog we felt very welcome and confortable. The service was top, the food awsome and overall a place we definitely recommend and will visit again!

The reception staff were amazing

There was so much room and if you are thinking is it worth the extra money for studio, it is. Immaculate throughout, great private balcony and mini bar is free and topped up daily. Nice touches when we arrived such as chocolate and Prosecco. In the main area they are super generous too with little complimentary goodies. Staff are superb, kind snd hardworking. I need to mention the ground man who kept the area spotless snd well tended, he worked non stop all day.

The owner was very helpful with everything. Very clean hotel and room. Free tickets for train and bus in Ticino was great. Good breakfast, not to much choice, but enough. Also gluten free bread if you need that. Big room. Hotel is near the centre and train station.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices and everything fresh. The staff was very accommodating, even bringing coffee to the table despite having coffee machines available. The breakfast hours were also convenient. The room had everything we needed—clean, spacious, and comfortable. The spa was fantastic, very relaxing, and open during convenient hours. On our last day, we wanted to visit the spa earlier, and they kindly arranged it for us. The location was excellent, and since we visited at the end of September, it wasn’t too crowded. Overall, a very nice experience.

What I loved the most about the hotel was definitely the breakfast and the stunning lake view. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of options, everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. It really made each morning special. And the lake view was simply breathtaking, so peaceful and relaxing, it added a unique charm to the entire stay and made the experience even more memorable.

One of my favourite hotels in Locarno. Relaxed atmosphere with great service and the right comfort for the paid price. Very good location and a good lounge area to do remote working. Absolutely recommended!
