Fabulous location, room was big. Bathroom lovely. Has luggage storage lockers (free). Building has a lift and window blinds to manage heat/sunlight.

Easy to find Basic but what needed Coffee machine appreciated Free luggage room with lockers Clean Check in was easy

It was expensive but pretty comfortable I slept like a baby and the room was nice

It has everything and the bed was comfortable. Also close to the city centre

Such a comfortable bed! A little street noise if you open the window, but I slept well with ear plugs. Lovely clean warm shower. Highly recommend!

It’s basic but has everything you need (expect a desk in case you want to work) and it’s clean. Close to quellerstrasse tram stop which makes it great for HB. Great and smooth self check-in process There is a small alimentary store downstairs and many restaurants and store close by

Excellent staff, very friendly. Room was large and very modern.

the self check in wasn’t hard

Breakfast was great. I really liked that every day was a section with new food to try out. One suggestion, when you know that there are going to be a lot of customers please preplan more staff. The staff at the breakfast is doing a great job but 2-3 people for 30-40 guests is simply not enough with every question and detail that they have to attend to.

The Location, the view was incredible 🫶

Very clean , friendly staff, great location.

The place was amazing, we were warmly greeted by Gianluca who was very helpful, explaining to us where we can go and what we can do. He left great first impression of the place, then Daniel was very kind in helping with our luggage and showing us the room. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Beds were absolutely amazing, didn’t want to get up in the morning. Overall great place to stay.

Great, cosy design and good breakfast. Also the staff was lovely. I will definitely be back!

Loved our stay. Beautiful room. Unparalleled views. Lovely staff. Breakfast could have been better but was good overall. Fabulous location and most main sites are walkable from the hotel!

I stayed in a roomy, sun lit room on the 5th floor. Good selection of pillows to choose from. Impeccably clean. The Front Desk staff are very helpful. Sebastian in particular was very nice.

The helpful, proactive staff, excellent breakfast, wonderful decor and garden, thoughtfully stocked honesty bar.

The hotel is situated in a very nice area, unfortunately the weather was not great, it was foggy, but for sure the view is amazing from the balcony. The breakfast was great, a lot of options.

Comfy beds, great shower, perfect location around 15 min walk to river. 5 minutes from art gallery. Spa shop close by.

Great place to stay, especially the service provided by the whole family who welcomed me very well!

A very pretty place, clean and quiet. The electronic locks make check-in after hours a breeze. Free apples for a hungry late arrival - a very nice touch! Plentiful breakfast.

Great location, great breakfast, staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived at night, and got very clear instructions on how to get to the hotel abd how to enter

Alex on reception made our stay very pleasant. Accommodation was well located and clean. Breakfast was Great also.
