Chillán is highly underrated.
Chillán is highly underrated. I love visiting the Mexican murals in the Escuela de México, seeing the Cathedral, walking through the vegetable and artesan markets, and eating in the Mercado Municipal. Eat at Cocinería Carmencita, they have amazing Chilean dishes! Also, if you crave a good coffee, and especially if you are gluten free, go to Cafetería Limarí. The rooms are a bit small, but other than that the hotel is great. It is very comfortable, with clean rooms and a nice design. Located in the middle of the center.
