I recently hosted a large event at the hotel for the American Chamber of Commerce. We were incredibly happy with the property and the service of their amazing staff. Our customers attending the event were universally agreed that they’d be staying frequently at this hotel as Dalian’s nicest luxury property! It is such an upgrade to anything else in the city and truly embodies what a luxury hotel should be. This hotel absolutely not only lives up to the brand but elevates Four Seasons properties in China to a new level. Wayne the GM is an incredibly gracious expert host who has spent his career with Four Seasons and it shows!

I really like the location near Zhongshan Square, very easy to get DiDi taxi, centralized location. The free buffet breakfast is a plus, variety options to choose from, I like Chinese breakfast like Chinese donuts, noodle soup and fresh made yogurt; my son loves western style breakfast.

As mentioned in my other review, all the staff I’ve met have been extremely professional and kind. Particularly, Mr Amber Liu and Mr Yong Zhang from the concierge, and Ms Cao and other housekeeping staff who kept my room in order everyday for this lengthy stay. The infection control cautions in place have made me feel quite safe, which I think is a plus during the ongoing crisis/pandemic. The choices for food at breakfast are plenty, although probably not the place to be if you are a person whose mornings depend on a proper Full English like me.

The hotel is in a great location. The amenities were top notch. I was greeted warmly. Breakfast was great. The hotel was clean. Service was solid. The jacuzzi and sauna were perfect. I was quite happy. I would highly recommend the place.

the staff are super nice, the room and the facilities are excellent. I saw the tennis court in the sports complex from my room, not sure if it's open to public. If yes, that will be wonderful.
