Location , ease towards walking to terminal 1 , easy check in easy check out, great breakfast spread! Great value ! Would like to have had guest computer access or office space to print out papers for work that had to also do , but overall it was great! Friendly staff. Get breakfast included well worth it! Staff even if didn’t know English that great was still able to communicate using different translation apps to help.

The place was perfect because of the owner/hosts. They made us feel comfortable and well taken cared of. They gave us a room upgrade which was big enough for a family of 4. Breakfast was simple but very filling, my daughters liked it so much and it really helped us get through the long entrance queue of Disneyland 😊 The room was so pretty and beds were comfortable. I think each room is unique. I was even able to peak on one which has a ball pit😊 We avail of their shuttle service: pick up at train station, going to and from Disneyland and even drop off to the airport because of its convenience. Rates were reasonable. We’d like to stay again there If ever we’ll have the chance to go back to Shanghai Disneyland. And maybe spend more time to ask JunJun for a tutorial on how she makes her shoes 😊😊 God bless Jun Jun and Quiao! Thank you!

It was pretty clean and nice place with English available stuffs, moreover the place is close to downtown, so it was convenient for sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel when you stay in Shanghai. Thank you Zhao and Sun!

A long list of things to love: Location: minutes walking to Bund, Nanjing dong pedestrian street, next to Fuzhou road, walking distance to metro stations Delicious food all within walking distance Facilities: clean, love the kitchen with a rice cooker and espresso machine among others, big fridge, large beds, a washing machine, they even have a clothes dryer which is a life savor during the rainy season. Service: very friendly owners, always responsive and ready to help. He even waited for us at the entrance to show us the way. Five-star experience! Will recommend to colleagues and friends.

    The room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything you can ask for. The location was truely goog, because the Metro was right in front of the door. The Maglev Train not even 5 min by foot. In the area there is a little coffee shop and a very cheap, but good breakfast spot, so breakfast in the Hotel for extra charge is not nescessary.

    Lovely room, the bath tub with a city view was an added bonus- but the room was lovely even without that, extra large comfortable bed, very clean, stocked fridge everyday. Breakfast was excellent, with good choice for everyone. Bar prices were good too and the terrace over looking the city at night is a lovely place for an evening drink. Location is ideal- easy walk to the Bund, Yu Yuan garden and the old town shopping street. Staff were also lovely and friendly- would definitely recommend- ideal place to stay in Shanghai
