The staff at the hotel was very kind, friendly and helpful, and not just for hotel matters. They were happy to help me find my way around. The room was properly clean and comfortable. Our stay at Wen Jun was wonderful. The room was exactly as described in the reviews. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the metro station and close to various attractions that highlight the charming and historic side of the city. The hotel staff was incredible. Belle and Kimberly were always ready to help with accurate information and were exceptionally kind. Frank was also very helpful at all times. The stay was absolutely worth it!

I think I had found the best place to stay whenever I am visiting Cheng Du in the future. The crews of this hotel is amazing that they are all so caring, kind and attentive! They treat us like a family member more than a guest. Everything is so perfect during our stay given the strategic location, clean room, comfort bed, nice breakfast. They even contribute their idea to our itinerary planning and also help to book us private car hire to those location. Highly recommended to all travelers who plan to visit Cheng Du. Xi Shu Garden Inn is the best place you could ask :)
