the hotel is located in a fantastic neighborhood close to the famous west lake, there are also a lot of shopping malls nearby with many good restaurants. Around a 3 minute walk from the hotel there is a famous night market. When I arrived at the hotel the staff was very nice and helpful, the check in process went very quickly. Everything in the hotel was very clean. Overall my experience at lemon hotel in Hangzhou was very pleasant, and I will surely visit again.

Lodging here is very pleasant, especially if you are with your family. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so you don't need to fight over the bathroom. the street is a bit dark at night but there is lots of delicious food on the street. I was happy because the inn's grandfather was very friendly and kind.

I like that it was easy to check in (no check-in) just a message with the codes. It was really clean, someone came daily to change the towels and water. It is conveniently close to the Metro station and the delivery was super fast for food or other requirements. Recommended for people that are visiting Hangzhou, small families, or couples and friends. Can easily sleep 4 comfortably. There is a kettle, tea, and some cutlery.
