What a magical place! The hotel is on a cacao farm and it's very pretty and quiet. The staff are absolutely amazing and friendly, and our room was spacious and had its own hot tub which was fun. There are also public hot and cold tubs you can use. The meals are delicious. The cacao tour is great and the chocolate making workshop was the best we've done anywhere. It was raining non-stop our entire stay, but it wasn't so bad because we really enjoyed hanging around the hotel.

The apartment is beautiful and is fully equipped! Beautiful garden with different plants and toucans visiting. The kitchen is nice and features everything you need. There were two double beds. One quite hard and the other softer :) we didn't try the bunk bed. The shower is very beautiful and has warm water!! The washing machine is great! It isn't a standard washer and dryer but it works! The dryer works by just spinning the clothes. After that they really don't need too long to dry. It would be worth it to take a longer stay here and drive to the arenal for example. (~1:30h drive)

This place is magical. Unbelievable property with easy walking access to the turquoise waters of Rio Celeste. Hiking trails, resident sloth, great breakfast. Hostess couldn't have been more welcoming and kind. Very private b&b, tranquilo setting surrounded by cattle, horses, and very friendly dogs. House would be fabulous as a party house for family and friends: sleeps 7 with outfitted outdoor kitchen/party area.

The property is incredibly beautiful with a canal winding around the grounds. We thoroughly enjoyed a night time paddle and the sounds of the rainforest. Fantastic proximity for hiking Rio Celeste and likely many other activities (wish we would/could have stayed longer). The staff was attentive and the included breakfast was a nice treat before we headed out hiking. The cabin itself was great, plenty of space and I really liked having a separate bath/shower. Killer view from the porch, walking around the grounds and to/from the dining area (which was also awesome) was a treat.
