Value for money. Nice owner. You could see sunrise directly from your bed.

Perfect location, stunning view

Everything! The hotel is amazingly beautiful in the old germany style and the employees were super kind and warm. The breakfast was GREAT! They separate a table for you and bring you coffee and milk as you wish. The breakfast things are fresh and very tasty, we loved it.

Firstly....Amazing Staff!! Extremely helpful and kind. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant when we arrived, the meal was excellent!! Bed was super comfy.... Breakfast was exceptionally amazing!! 11/10 for sure! 😊

The wellness was quite complete and the suite very big

Amazing stuff, great place to rejuvinate

Very helpful and welcoming hosts, hardworking and attentive. They make sure your stay is really smoothly and taken care of.

We were warmly welcomed and our room was cosy and spotless. I slept like a log! Dinner and breakfast were delicious.

Friendly staff and nice breakfast, the interior of the room is outdated but otherwise clean and comfortable

What a lovely hotel! The staff were great, as was the food. Breakfast was the best we’ve ever had, they had everything you could wish for, including a little machine that makes pancakes? The location was also great, very pretty and quiet and you could walk straight into the woods. There’s a nice castle within a 30 minute walk. Rooms were very large with a little seat, coffee machine and fridge. It was clean and comfortable enough. Only issue we had was that the trash can in the bathroom hadn’t been emptied from the previous guests, which we didn’t love, but everything else was clean! All in all a really good stay, great value for money and we would come again

Friendly staff. We were the only guests having breakfast, but it was nevertheless excellent.

Great location to visit the Mosel. Couple of run the place are amazing, breakfast is the best!

Beautiful property. Incredibly friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast. Great amenities.

Very serene location. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Room was huge with a large balcony.

Really the owner of the hotel was really a good man. All the family really nice people.

This is a lovely hotel with rooms looking out onto the main square of the village. We were there for the Christmas Market which is a one-day-only event in the village (there were also Christmas Markets at Winningen, Koblenz and Cochem which are within easy reach). Our room was large and comfortable, and the hotel was very quiet as there were few people staying there. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and attentive. There is also a restaurant at the hotel, although we didn't eat there as we were out much of the time. We found plenty to occupy ourselves in the village and also visited other places nearby (we went by train and by bus). If you like local Christmas Markets then consider this one, I think we were the only tourists there and there were live music performances for much of the day, lots of lovely stalls and we were made to feel very welcome, it's usually the first Sunday of Advent but best to check online first. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the train station along the river, but there is a taxi firm at the station and another option is to take a bus from Koblenz or Cochem which will stop within a few metres of the hotel.
