Fantastic viel and closnes to the river Mosel

We were warmly welcomed and our room was cosy and spotless. I slept like a log! Dinner and breakfast were delicious.

This is a lovely hotel with rooms looking out onto the main square of the village. We were there for the Christmas Market which is a one-day-only event in the village (there were also Christmas Markets at Winningen, Koblenz and Cochem which are within easy reach). Our room was large and comfortable, and the hotel was very quiet as there were few people staying there. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and attentive. There is also a restaurant at the hotel, although we didn't eat there as we were out much of the time. We found plenty to occupy ourselves in the village and also visited other places nearby (we went by train and by bus). If you like local Christmas Markets then consider this one, I think we were the only tourists there and there were live music performances for much of the day, lots of lovely stalls and we were made to feel very welcome, it's usually the first Sunday of Advent but best to check online first. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the train station along the river, but there is a taxi firm at the station and another option is to take a bus from Koblenz or Cochem which will stop within a few metres of the hotel.

The hotel is very well placed, we have a fantastic view of the mointains as well as of the city. This is an hotel with character and an history, but fully renovatived and cosy. Personnel is friendly and attentive. Sandra at the reception gives all attention to details. This was an amazing journey

We recently stayed in Koblenz with our family, and it was a fantastic experience. The city has a beautiful mix of history, nature, and a lively atmosphere, which made our trip very enjoyable. One of the highlights was the scenic location where the Rhine and Moselle rivers meet. The views were stunning, and there were plenty of opportunities for relaxing walks, sightseeing, and spending quality time with family. The city is clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming for visitors. We also appreciated how easy it was to explore the main attractions, with everything well connected and accessible. There are many good restaurants, cafes, and family-friendly spots to enjoy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Koblenz to other travelers, especially families looking for a mix of relaxation and sightseeing. We would definitely love to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay here. The host was exceptional and very attentive. The food, both breakfast and dinner was so delicious and the room was just right, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend
