Friendly staff, good breakfast and cleanliness

Stayed for a one night stopover on a motorcycle tour. I didn't see any staff but access to the property and room was easy and straightforward with the access codes being sent by WhatsApp. Room was modern and clean. No problem parking the bike outside.

Fabulous typical German Hotel by the river

A great hotel located in Ediger-Eller. Great rooms with views of the river. Beer was ice cold and the breakfast was superb! Staff were very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

The location was absolutely beautiful! Very friendly and helpful host.

The room was big, clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast, and dinner at the restaurant.

The owners very approachable. Freshly baked Gluten Free rolls available every morning for coeliac in our party. Whilst they don’t do evening meals lots of suggestions where to eat and happy to book a table as well as tickets for a boat cruise down the Moselle to Cochem. Lovely wine garden with self service drinks available on honesty box basis, which was a very pleasant way to spend an evening. Dog friendly.

Secure garage for bicycles. Warm welcome. Wonderful restaurant. Clean comfortable rooms

Good restaurant and excellent breakfast with fresh German bread roles, eggs, hams, cheeses, etc. This is a small family run hotel and the owners are very welcoming, friendly and accommodating! This place does not offer the top notch of luxury rooms but rather a genuine and authentic experience. The family apartment is spacious and beds are comfortable. If you don’t mind basic room standards, but prefer a warm and personal atmosphere, you are right here.

It was clean and very well decorated

Lovely helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and Great Room. We would love to stay again one day.

Perfect relaxing stay with extremely friendly staff. Great location. Great check out free travel pack of bottled water and snack. Free or super cheap parking

Lovely terrace overlooking the Mosel River with beautiful views. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were warm and welcoming.

I liked the big family room, walking by the lake, it's a really nice location, and even just relaxing in the hotel restaurant was great.

Good room, good breakfast nice staff

We had a great studio number 3. With a balcony and a nice view of the castle and the river. They have the best air conditioning ever it was amazing during the hot weather. Lots of parking lots right next to the hotel. Nice with a restaurant on the hotel. The staff are helpful too. It’s close to the old town only few minutes walk. We look forward to comeback again. We had a wonderful time.
