The Hotel is perfectly located, right on the bank of Mosel. It's great for swimming and for cycling, there is a wonderful promenade along the river which goes for miles. The Hotel offers a great very diverse breakfast which is really exceptional. The restaurant is high class, both the menu and the service. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and efficient, always ready to help. We were staying with a dog and he was very welcome 🤗. I strongly recommend Hotel Restaurant Pollmanns and we will definitely come again.

Lovely, boutique hotel in a peaceful village near the characterful town of Cochem. Attentive and efficient host.superb breakfast and very clean and comfortable rooms. Makes a great base to explore the surrounding Mosel and Rhineland-Palatinate area.

A beautiful location and wonderful accommodation

The rooms are clean, beds are good! The bathroom has a good shower ,its a bit small but its fine.They serve breakfast and dinner buffet which are good! The staff is very friendly and helpful. When we left, they gave us a bottle of Mosel wine. By car its 7 km away from Cochem, where you have shops, restaurants, castle and beautiful nature. I really recommend this hotel.

Location, owners & staff are excellent. Very helpful. We have stayed at several properties in this village and this one is the best by a mile !! Sauna, jacuzzi, great selection of drinks and an honesty sheet for your midnight cravings !!!

Very very good stay ! The hotel and city are amazing. Room was very spacious with balcony. Breakfast was exactly we expeted with very crunchy bacons ;) We loved it very much

Staff were so friendly (in particular the lady who had been there for one week!). Really made to feel at home. Location was lovely only a short walk from the river and bar. Lots of things to do in surrounding area. Very peaceful location. Amazing dinners and breakfast!

Vast apartment, well situated in Beilstein. Great breakfast in the hotel. Very clean and quiet (inspite of more than 300 bikers in the small village!). There is a terrace on the other side of the Schlossgasse you may use any time. Castle Metternich is only a 10 minute walk away with a great view from the top of the tower on the river and the village, nice café with small restauration. The ferry service across the river is very efficient

One of the most important things for us is cleanliness. The hotel was truly very clean. The staff were friendly, smiling, and very kind. Unfortunately, I couldn’t see some of them when we were leaving, but I would like to thank them as well. We also really liked the location.

The check-in and check out process was very easy. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. The breakfast was superb. They have fresh bread and different cheese. They also have an espresso if you love coffee. They have plenty of parking.

We had a great studio number 3. With a balcony and a nice view of the castle and the river. They have the best air conditioning ever it was amazing during the hot weather. Lots of parking lots right next to the hotel. Nice with a restaurant on the hotel. The staff are helpful too. It’s close to the old town only few minutes walk. We look forward to comeback again. We had a wonderful time.

It's a truly wonderful hotel. The staff were very helpful due to our delayed check-in. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel's location were also excellent. The breakfast was also superb.
