We liked it all. Very friendly staff and helpful although we arrived late. Very handy for us with early breakfast, very nice and tasty, at 6:30.

amazing place to stay in Berlin area! Super nice, spacious rooms and easy self check-in

This one of the better accommodations we had in Germany. It was well equipped, professionally presented and definitely had the best breakfast options. It was well located and we would not mind staying here again in future.

Beautiful location. Water one side (with lots of boating to watch and equipment to rent from paddleboards to houseboats to pedalos, up stream) and then forest to explore on the other side. Felt very friendly. Looked very child and fog friendly. Great food and drink available.

This hotel is perfect for a trip to the Strausberg area or Berlin if you dont want the hustle and bustle of Berlin itself (though there would be a certain amount of travel involved). The staff are friendly and efficient and the hotel is modern. It is a good cost versus quality.

Relatively quiet neighbourhood. The staff are friendly, though don't speak much English. The breakfast buffet in the morning was good.

surprisingly good and clean hotel it looked freshly renovated my wife especially like that there were no carpets to be found anywhere rooms clean coffee from the lobby tasted good and was for free bus stop just 150 meters away to connect you to the main S-Bahn to centre town

We will always stay in this hotel because it is in the middle of my famous place in Berlin, Friedrichshagen. Natalja and her team are exceptional hosts, extremely friendly, and helpful. The character of the hotel, the many little separate units, gives a feeling of being at home. Most of the rooms are wheelchair-and access-friendly. In the middle of the village-like Friedrichshagen, and at an address at the main road, the rooms are extremely quiet, due to their location in the back of the property. The breakfast is the best we ever had in any hotel around Europe.

Good breakfast- nice long window breakfast was available for. Was taking part in a triathlon competition and the hotel had a dedicated bike room to store my bike and bike box which was kept locked for security.

Very good hotel, had everything I needed for a reasonable price. Big plus for EV charger directly at entrance (AC Type 2 connection), I was able to charge my car before next day of travel very affordably and with no hassle.

Quite location on a beautiful lake. Could sleep well before our early flight. Friendly, ever present personal. Great breakfast buffet!
