Comfortable hotel located in a quiet place, though close to the tram stop. Very convenient self check-in with arrival at any time and optional breakfast already from early morning.

The receptionist was amazing. Even with our late check in, she was super friendly and tried our best to make we feel at home! Couldn't recommend more. Best value for money!

This hotel is perfect for a trip to the Strausberg area or Berlin if you dont want the hustle and bustle of Berlin itself (though there would be a certain amount of travel involved). The staff are friendly and efficient and the hotel is modern. It is a good cost versus quality.

Beautiful hotel, impeccably clean and fresh, lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Tram stop directly outside the hotel with links to central Berlin. Our room had many thoughtful touches, shower was extremely lovely, comfortable bed, helpful city guides and local recommendations, lovely outside garden, sheltered seating and riverside space, free umbrellas to borrow, on site gym and sauna. Comfortable bed, good shower and lovely location on the lake. We were there for an event which was only 25 min walk away so very convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We will always stay in this hotel because it is in the middle of my famous place in Berlin, Friedrichshagen. Natalja and her team are exceptional hosts, extremely friendly, and helpful. The character of the hotel, the many little separate units, gives a feeling of being at home. Most of the rooms are wheelchair-and access-friendly. In the middle of the village-like Friedrichshagen, and at an address at the main road, the rooms are extremely quiet, due to their location in the back of the property. The breakfast is the best we ever had in any hotel around Europe.

Everything was very good: the feeling was like home: kind personal, comfortable room, everything was cleaned, the breakfast was very delicious and various. The house is situated near the lake with nature.

We liked it all. Very friendly staff and helpful although we arrived late. Very handy for us with early breakfast, very nice and tasty, at 6:30.
