Staff were very nice and our room was just what we wanted

Friendly traditional German hotel with a restaurant and bar, friendly staff and very close to the local steam railway and branch line to the main railway with a railcar hourly, The hotel is open all year, confirmed to me by staff at the hotel but not bookable on booking.com after early September and does take credit/debit cards for payments. Have stayed here before and will again.

Saubere, ruhige Unterkunft in Lauterbach Mole. Neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, schöne Bäder, Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft. Küche voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen Familienurlaub braucht. Freundliches Personal.

The breakfast was great. A classic german breakfast, with scrambled eggs on top, and a lot of coffee. The restaurant had a really good steak, and the service was nice. The room was ok, but I had to open both windows on arrival to get the temperature down from sauna style. The shower was ok, and bedsheets and towels were clean.

Great welcome and fantastic apartment. Spacious, immaculate , comfortable and very well equipped. Great position near the steam train station and the harbour. Hope to return.

The location and surroundings were splendid. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful throughout - making it a great stay. Great value for money, comfortable rooms and beds, with a great, chateau-vibe. Absolutely recommend for couples for a romantic getaway.

We liked the charm of this old house. The location is very quiet and we loved seeing the deer in the field each morning. Breakfast was superb. The sauna area was very nice and modern.

Everything was just perfect. It is a top hotel. Very friendly staff. The big room was nice, clean and the nights so peaceful. There was a guarded parking place in front of the hotel. Very good buffet breakfast and dinner. I will come again.

Very nice hotel about 10 minutes walk uphill from the railway station, nice room very friendly staff, had Dinner in the restaurant every night and they have a nice little bar

The hotel in a quiet and peaceful place. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. Normal breakfast.

The breakfast was outstanding in its generosity and variety. Everything was completely satisfactory. Book ahead for dinner.
