Comfortable, clean and convenient. Nice breakfast. Staff were helpful.

Great location in the wineyards. Very nice and cozy rooms. Excellent and exciting dinner menu and breakfast with spectacular views. Friendly staff.

Very conveniently located (5min on foot from the main train station and close to the city center), very clean and nicely designed, there’s a sauna and a gym for the guests on the top floors, complimentary drinks in the fridge and useful little accessories (needle and thread, basic cosmetics, a shoe polishing sponge etc).

Size of room and great central location

This hotel is like a very pleasant surprise in the beautiful city of MAINZ. Very clean, very comfortable. the staff was super helpful (especially Mr. Mehdi and others whom in not aware of names). Very well decorated and rooms full of detailed amenities up to the level of dental floss. Great work by the hotel management and i think it will be a great success. Even the soaps, shampoos and conditioners were of organic type and not containing sodium laureth sulfate which is great.

Bas at reception and your colleague from El Salvador at the breakfast buffet stood out with their friendliness and customer service. Loved the chia apple pudding at breakfast and that it was not too crowded at the breakfast buffet. The toiletries and hair dryer were great, especially for business travellers with long hair, a good hair dryer and hair conditioner make a huge difference in comfort.

Great room and service. The hospitality was commendable. Room was clean and comfortable. There is breakfast available also daily. Lots of stuff to do around. It's an ideal place for any traveler who wants to spend a couple of days at Saulheim. Also, free parking is available on site.

Loved the staff, the location, the breakfast, super comfy beds, just great value for all. The bar/restaurant is very great value/prized.

Great food, lovely staff and all rooms were decorated to a high standard. Comfortable beds. The hotel's location was great for a road trip when travelling down to Austria. The food and wine menu was very reasonably priced.

We absolutely would recommend this hotel, the staff were very friendly the hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. What a great ideas to provide non-alcoholic beverages complimentary. Thank you we will see you again. Outside of city center so you need a car

It was clean, modern, easy parking, great breakfast, nice little spa, and very quiet. The people were all nice. The restaurant was very good, nice cuisine. Perfect stay for us

Extremely kind and accommodating staff. Really beautiful views of urban tree landscape from bed through my room window. Nice balcony. Quiet area.

Great breakfast. The staff were super accommodating and even offered gluten free bread, and asked if we wanted fresh fried eggs. The location is peaceful and near to a bus stop, with lots of nice walking trails in the vineyards around.

The neatness is very pure and standard and I like the environment 🥰🥰🥰💝💝💝💝

Perfect place, the owner is also really nice. Highly recommend.
