Everything was just super. Excellent location, fresh and clean hotel, nice room.

Everything! The view is breathtaking. The attention to detail and service was brilliant. So close to all the trails.

This was my 2nd visit to this lovely hotel. Once again, it exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, lovely room with WiFi, T.V. Clean, modern bathroom with a power shower. Rooms are warm and cosy with mountain views . The buffet breakfast is plentiful, with a typical German spread. Rooms are cleaned daily (normally while you have breakfast), so there is no need to feel rushed when returning from breakfast. They also have complimentary coffee in the afternoons. I find it to be great value for money, and I hope to return to this small hotel for a 3rd time in the very near future. P.S; The hotel is situated about a 10 minute stroll from the railway station in Mittenwald. Very easy to find.

We spent a wonderful four days with our family at this hotel. It's a beautiful historic building, with comfortable modern rooms, a wonderful breakfast, and very welcoming hosts. The hotel also has a restaurant renowned in the region. We had a wonderful dinner there—both the food and the service were excellent. We'd love to return to this welcoming home. Beautiful location, beautiful view of the breakfast and room. Very clean and organized. Breakfast simple but enough. The town Wallgrau is beautiful, I felt like in a movie. I am from Brazil and my husband from Germany and we are planning to return in winter time.

We liked our room, its large space, its furnishing, its bathroom with big shower, its balcony and view out of window. Also breakfast was very good.
