A real hidden gem! We stopped here for one night on our way from Denmark to the Netherlands and were pleasantly surprised by both the hotel and the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the lady who seemed to be the owner spoke excellent English. Our room was spacious and clean, and we slept very well. The breakfast was also lovely. It was nice to continue our journey after such a pleasant stop.

Absolutely perfect! Well situated in the country side, so yes there’s a dwindling drive from the motorway. When arriving by the lake you have a stunning view and garden with outdoor seating if weather is sunny. We got a lovely room on the ground floor with a patio. Perfect as we travel with dog. Mosquito nets in the rooms so could sleep with door slightly open. New England style interiors. Light, clean and spacious. Restaurant serves local dishes and is a must. Lovely staff and if you can - stay here for a dreamy country stay!

When we arrived there was plenty of parking space. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room and bathroom were lovely and clean. There was a lovely garden with a big fish pond with a little bridge to access various tables.. The staff was serving in the garden and we could eat outside. In the evening we had a lovely barbecue. Breakfast in the morning was the best we had during our holiday, so was the bed. We would love to come back.

This is a pleasant hotel just outside Owschlag and there is plenty of parking, which is just as well as it's popular. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the staff were pleasant and efficient. Views of the nearby lake were good and in good weather it's possible to sit outside and enjoy it all. Unfortunately, the weather was not good so no-one was sitting outside during our stay.

The hotel is OK for one or two nights. Very friendly staff, free parking and decent sized rooms. Good selection for breakfast and a very nice view from the restaurant terrace overseeing the lake, especially during sunny mornings.

Motorcycle friendly. This hotel is located outside of a small town so I felt safe with my bike there. Really helpful man in the lobby. Beautiful location. Not long walk to nearby restaurant.

We stopped here for a night on the road trip from Norway to Belgium. The hotel is very convenient stop near autobahn and clean. The area is very quite so we have a good sleep.
