My parents who traveled from Korea to Germany wanted a quiet hotel, so I booked it. It was a great hotel with fantastic views and a light walk to Heidelberg Castle. Above all, the staff was very friendly, and I felt like I was visiting my cousin's villa

Size of rooms, easy going staff, location

The location is very central easy to walk to old town. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff we came across are friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are delicious.

This hotel is in the very old center of the city (next to funicular station to the castle). Extremely clean, great bedsheets. I've got a room with a shared bathroom (it was very clean too) and inside the room was a basin with tap water which was really helpful (I didn't need to go outside to wash fruits or clean hands). Bed was really comfortable. Building is beautiful. Breakfast was super! I highly recommended this place!

We found this little gem quite late in the afternoon and we were pleasantly surprised. Right in the middle of the old city and next to the open plaza so plenty of eateries and bars to choose from. The noise from the night was never a bother. The room was comfortable and warm. The breakfast the next morning was lovely and the coffee was perfect.

We loved the location atop a hill with beautiful views of Heidelberg & the Neckar River below. The fanicular into town is just 50 meters from the hotel. The room was beautifully arranged with comfy beds and views over the valley. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good. The entire staff was very nice & helpful. On-Parking was plentiful. Will definately stay here again during our next visit to Heidelberg.

We had a wonderful stay at the House of Hütter Heidelberg — everything was fantastic from check-in until the very end. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the location extremely convenient, and the view truly breathtaking. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding staff, who go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and cared for. This is a fantastic hotel, it is located perfectly in the old town; near restaurants, shops, cultural locations and the castle. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The hotel is warm, comfortable and well maintained, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was super with a selection of breads, cheeses, meats alongside eggs, fruit yoghurts and more. Very filling and tasty.

The location of the hotel was outstanding, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was just right. The view of the Neckar from the breakfast room was a lovely start to the day.

An excellent location in the the centre of the Old City.It is two minutes walk to the Castle and Old Bridge. The room 35 on the third floor has a beautiful view on the Castle You can enjoy the sightseeing from the window of your room 😊

We loved staying at this hotel. I really like the Handschusheim area, far away ( but not too far) from the noises of the city, it is a very attractive location with forests and the ruines of a castle nearby, where a street market is held during weekends. It was very quiet and peaceful, we will repeat !
