Just wonderful! Calm and classy. We booked a classic room with balcony last minute with breakfast (which was great!) so it was a bit pricier than normal but we are very glad we went for it. We have found our place to go to now and we will be back (but will book ahead next time!).

Warm welcome and Karla went above and beyond to explain everything to ensure I had a welcoming and comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent and you can also receive vegane options upon request. Please note to let the staff know a day in advace so they can prepare a special selection for you to enjoy. I highly recommend staying here and will for sure return soon again. The spa facilities were also enjoyable and not over crowded. I express my deepest appreciation for the team who made my stay more than I could have inticipated. Thank you and till next time. Excellent experience! To the hotel owners- please take care of your staff they need to be recognized for their energy and efforts as they matter the most since they ensure your guests return with much pleasure. ;) I only support hotels that take care of their staff.

I love this hotel. I've stayed at the aja Travemünde on multiple occasions and keep going back. I especially like the large breakfast buffet which in the meantime also offers quite a few vegan options and of course, the indoor and outdoor pools are awesome.
