We had a truly wonderful weekend in beautiful Beilstein, and our stay at Hotel Lipmann ‘Am Klosterberg’ made the experience even more special. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The welcome drink immediately helped us forget the stress of everyday work life and finally stop checking business emails. The atmosphere was relaxing, the rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can truly feel that this is a family-owned hotel where every detail matters. We especially loved the beautifully renovated rooms and the absolutely stunning view from our room and balcony. Last but not least, this was my birthday weekend, and we were delighted to have the opportunity to upgrade from a Deluxe Double Room to a Suite for a very symbolic surcharge. It made our stay even more memorable and special. Thank you for such a wonderful and unforgettable experience. typical family hotel (Gasthof). Not a very luxe hotel, bar and restaurant are good, owner serves the drinks himself, rest of staf is also friendly. Value for money, but not a very modern hotel with easy accessible rooms. I'm visual impaired and yet I had no problem in finding my way around. For physical impaired guests this hotel is not accessible. The terras outside is nice, tranquil and good enough. The breakfast is typically german, good and the eggs come from the chickens behind the hotel, fresh and tasteful.

The village is a hidden gem. And the wine just divine. Also, a lovely beach close to the hotel (Mossel river). And the local producent of Riesling has his own shop there, I strongly recommend it. Hotel itself was good, room not too big but fair enough. Spotless clean. Parking for free available. No airco though. We stayed for half board, was not expensive.

It was great. Lovely place, clean and fun with all the paintings. Felt homely. Liked the change from grandparents-vibe-stairs to the modern apartment. The hosts were great, loved the welcome with the cold water and local wine. Valwig is small and quiet but has some nice hiking path entries and winehouses.
