Everything about this stay was perfect. The location was amazing and for staying in an actual castle is amazing value for money. The hosts were friendly and helpful and breakfast was an added bonus.

Everything perfect! Friendly hosts who love a good chat and a joke, and who helped us park our bus and navigate around the road works when we left. Spotless rooms, tasty food, and a hearty breakfast. Thanks!

Stayed here for a short break and all I can say is ‘wow’! Wonderful hotel in the center of Oberwesel. Rooms are very clean, have been refurbished recently and have a spacious, modern bathroom. Also great to be able to park the car safely in the underground parking. Breakfast is fantastic! We especially enjoyed the home-made yoghurt and fresh fruit salad :-) A big thank you to Andreas Ludwig (owner/manager), who excels in customer service. Never met someone who understands the true meaning of hospitality so well. We also had dinner at the restaurant twice and must say that we enjoyed the traditional dishes very much. The staff at the restaurant is friendly and hard-working. We especially want to thank Victoria, who managed to anticipate our every need.

The staff was very friendly. We liked the area a lot. There is a beautiful castle where you can walk to from the hotel and you have a good view of the Rhine. Oberwesel has old city walls and many towers, we really liked it.

Everything was just perfect. Check-in and chek-out, the staff, the room with a balcony above a little creek, the furniture and comfy beds, it was quiet at night (could feel different with open window in hot summer night), the breakfast and also the meals and the style they were served in the open-air restaurant in the backyard, the wifi for casual traffic and browsing, the parking in front of the property (maybe we were just lucky since the hotel wasn't fully booked during our stay).

Clean. Easy parking. Friendly and very good value for money. Good food. Felt very authentic. Excellent for a short stay over!

Excellent restaurant. Best evening meal of our trip.

Lovely breakfast, very friendly staff

Very clean and friendly vibes 😊 also the view from the balcony was great!

Very well presverved old building centrally located at marketplatz all major attractions are within walking distance the breakfast was very delicious and the main train station is at 7 minutes walk from hotel

In a prime location beside The Rhein with its castles and famous Loreley. Buses trains and boats all within a couple of minutes walk. My room was clean and comfortable, breakfasts varied and plentiful. I ate there most evenings and every meal was excellent. Without exception staff were always friendly, helpful and efficient nothing was ever too much trouble for them.

Lovely hotel in Sankt Goar. Staff were very friendly and accommodating making our stay very smooth. Room was perfect also and the hotel couldn't be in a better location

Very clean, tidy room. Excellent breakfast, Kind host. Bought very good wine too. As for the locatoon, the city was almost empty (d onot know if it is always so). I have parked overnight just near the place (it is free overnight).

This is a lovely hotel, with views over the Rhine. Very quiet and comfortable. Our room was very spacious and relaxing.

The food was phenomenal - both breakfast and dinner exceeded expectations, and I even took a sandwich for the road. The staff was kind and attentive, particularly since my German isn’t terrific. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with the things I needed at hand.

A splendid authentic castle atop a hill by the river Rhine, this hotel offers majestic vistas and cozy stylish rooms. It really has the atmosphere of a castle rather than that of yet another hotel you visit. It's a long way from the parking to the reception (and then to your room through a little maze of corridors and stairs, which is typical for a castle), but they have a luggage service with a golf cart, which is rather useful.

Spacious family apartment , convenient that it has a restaurant downstairs

The hotel is close to the main attractions and close to the restaurants. The breakfast is very diverse and with good products. The room we got was big and very clean. Bacharach is a wonderful town where many activities can be carried out: riding the byke, climb to the Castle or old tower, close to other castles on Rhine valley etc.

Beautiful hotel, nice and confortable room facing the Rhin. The restaurant serves delicious local specialities I n a quiet atmosphere. The staff is nice and helpful, making their best to make the stay pleasant, always with a smile.

We had a penthouse family room that was amazing. The receptioni lady was very hospitable and kind. The hotel is near the parking lots right across the railway.

It's amazing. The city is rich in history and the hotel is like to be inside of the history. The architecture is the same, and very comfortable and the workers are very gentle. I strongly recommend.
