Johan at the desk was the most wonderful, caring, helpful and professional concierge I have ever experienced. He went out of his way to ensure that our needs were met. For example, when our lock didn’t work he ran up and fixed it. You were smart the day you hired him. What an excellent asset for your business. Thank you for the great stay and for Johan. Location and the check in was perfect and pleasant

everything, the room was perfectly fine, we had everything we needed. It was clean. I loved it.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was very good. The location is perfect.

Great location close to the Metro to the airport, very cost effective. Tiny rooms, but everything was new and newly renovated. A basic hotel perfect for the cost-concious traveller to Copenhagen. The area has a few eateries with good options, everything from Pizza to traditional Danish food (open Sandwiches) at the Sundy Seilclub.

everything was PERFECT! it’s right next to a central metro stop, what more could you need. everything was clean, nicely handled and great to live in. AMAZING PRICE!

Nice place, very good value for the money; staff is friendly and very good location; shower has a very good pressure and the room is comfortable enough for a short stay

Staff was very polite, room was clean and quiet, regarding that its next to airport, breakfast was good and tasty

A couple of minutes walk from the airport, fast check in, very clean and quiet room

I did like it all and will for sure come back.

It is a great place and has great staff, the metro is about 2 minutes from the hotel, and after one metro station there is big shopping mall also,

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. It is not located in the city centre but is very well communicated with it through the metro which is 5 min walking distance from the hotel. The area is quiet but at the same time you can find some cafes and restaurants as well as supermarkets there if you are not into spending the evening far from the accommodation. The room was small but very clean and contained all the basic things you might need during the short stay. There were fruits at the entrance every day. The gym is also well equipped. There is a bar and a couple of restaurants in the hotel. I haven't tried the breakfast buffet but from the outside it seemed fine. I think it is a great place to stay in Copenhagen.

We loved our stay here! Perfect location in the calm neighborhood, rooms well equipped and decorated. We loved the sauna and the pool. And the music speaker in the room!

Great place to stay and a good breakfast!
