This is the best hotel in Denmark. I had some trouble with the rental car, call them at 11 pm to change the booking. and they did it within 1min. what stock with me is, the staff even ask me did I manage to resolve the problem the next day when i check-in.

Everything was delightful. We had a great experience staying at the Britannia Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and quickly resolved any issues. Breakfast included a wide variety of rich and delicious dishes. Yes, it was the best cuisine. The service was five-star.

A very clean and quiet city; the hotel was ok; the restaurant in the hotel was serving the breakfast which was very good; dinner served there quite expensive and not too many choices to pick from. City Center very very nice! Denmark 🇩🇰 overall is a beautiful destination

Small but very neat and cozy old town.

Small but very neat and cozy old town. Of course, there is nothing to do there for two weeks (as in my case), but it is quite worth visiting for two or three days. I would recommend visiting this city in the summer.

Esbjerg was just fine! Nice city with full of attractions. Great center, shops, restaurants (one of the finest and very delicious is Street Festival Food. Great food (Greece, Morocco, France Nice galleria, shops, coffees. Friendly vibes, easy to walk around, easy to go to finest eland, just 15 min on the both. Great Fish & Marine Museum, Four Silent Man monument, cathedral and beach.

It's a dead city that bored the hell out of me :) Thankfully...

It's a dead city that bored the hell out of me :) Thankfully, I was only there for business. The people are nice; the city is clean and efficient, as you would expect from Denmark. Perhaps more exploring would be good, and in the summer or spring, visiting beach areas may be more pleasant.

Very nice small sea town with nice architecture, a beach to have a walk, a port and a ferry connection to Fano island , which is a MUST For cheaper food I would recommend street market almost at the market square Chinese takeaway was delicious The beach is quite a walk from the centre

The shopping is excellent with plenty of choice.

The shopping is excellent with plenty of choice. There is a good selection of places to eat. All the Danish people we met were very helpful, friendly and polite - a credit to their nation. Esbjerg is very well signposted for the walker and driver; we did not use public transport so am unable to comment on this.

Clean room woth comfortable beds and kitchenet with modern stove and basic kitchen utinsels. The bathroom was good size, large walk in marble shower and good lighting. I found this hotel appartment very good value for money and also close the town center and walkable to the centrall train and bus services as well as the shopping center. The staff were warm and friendly and availabe when needed. Highly recommneded.

We did not have a breakfast in the hotel. There was a lovely cafe very close to the hotel. The staff were very helpful, they gave us a map, pointing out the various landmarks. Gave us information about local transport. As eco credentials are high on the list these days, this hotel provided clearly marked bins for recycled products in our room.

The staff at the reception made the difference for us - we had booked a standard room ( which I would not recommend since the only slightly more expensive rooms are much better) but were upgraded because of defect window blinds. The location of the hotel is great - close to the train station and in the pedestrian precinct/city centre.
