The hotel was in a good location and had all the facilities expected of a modern hotel. However the staff were exceptional. You were always greeted with a smile and every interaction was concluded positively. This year we have travelled through North America and Europe and the staff at this hotel were the best we experienced.

We expected less than we got, so we were pleasantly surprised. The self-check-in and check-out process was clear and straightforward. The hotel had a great atmosphere - clean and well-maintained. There was a dedicated common area for dining, working, and relaxing, where many guests comfortably spent their time. As for the capsules, they offered enough space for both of us. Considering the type of accommodation, we initially expected less room, but the sleeping area was perfectly sufficient for a comfortable stay. The small corridor and dresser made the experience even more convenient, providing space to store belongings and get ready. The ambient lighting effects and the ability to connect a device for playing music made the stay even more enjoyable. A special compliment to the well-thought-out bathroom and toilet facilities - there were enough toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors. Toilets and showers private, lockable, and designed for convenience (with hooks and shelves for personal items). The hotel also provided robes, towels, and quality toiletries, including soap, shower gel, shampoo, and lotion. If you happen to forget something, there is a vending machine where you can purchase essential items like shower slippers or toothpaste. Nothing but compliments from us - the stay was pleasant and memorable. We will definitely recommend CityHub to others and choose it again when we have the chance!

The room was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. One of the best restful nights in Copenhagen. The breakfast was good and delicious; most especially the egg section where the cook creates your preferred egg dish.
