So much better than I thought! Staff is super friendly and everything is so clean. There's a hot shower and sheets were cleaned once in my 3 night stay! It has a good kitchen and really good deals for activities!

Delicious breakfast. Johan was very helpful in helping us pick activities and restaurants. He helped me solve a problem with our next hotel and with my phone as well. The location was awesome as it was fairly quiet (we stayed in Banos during a festival so there was some parties near by but more quiet than staying closer to the town’s center) and the view of the river was beautiful.

I enjoyed the very delicious breakfast and location the hostal was. Very happy that hot water worked. Very important the quietness at night we’re you can rest-up. The only thing and not a problem is they close the doors at night and you have to ring the doorbell to be let in. I’m glad that they open fast, I was going to get worried they wouldn’t open the door but they did. thankfully it all was perfect
