It was a very nice place and close to the historic city of Cuenca. It was a very spacious and clean place.

Apartment was much bigger than it looked in pictures! Fully equipped kitchen and newly renovated bathroom with reliable hot water. Everything was extremely clean, I think it would be hard to find a single speck of dust. Beautiful lush gardens, friendly and helpful staff, all around peaceful and calming energy. The location is strategic for a stay in Cuenca, just on the other side of the river from historic downtown. I will stay longer next time. In my opinion you won't find a better place to stay in Cuenca.

Nice little space, nice hot shower! Very clean, has everything you need for a night. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants.
