The value for the price was really good. I would even say that the cheap price made us suspicious, but at the end everything exceeded our expectations. The house was super big and comfy, with a huge garden, so that the kids could stay outside the whole evening and play. I would highly recommend for big families or 2 families with kids. Enough space for everyone.
