Not a good room for the price I paid & a smelly bathroom ventilation system.
Very good downtown location. Neer Patisserie Delice & the old port.
Good breakfast, maybe the best part of the deal if it's included in the price.

Visiting town centre, with its many suks, was one of the highlights. Major sights like the Library are well known. Less so the newly renovated Greek and Roman Art Museum. Our guide didn't intend to take us there but we insisted and were very pleased that we did as it is one of the most important museums in Egypt.

It’s a great city for the soul. Once you enter the city and see the sea, you will feel so refreshing.
Everything is great there, whatever historical places or nature or atmosphere in the downtown in the night.

There is no place to take a pleasant walk in the city or spend time except the museum and library. It is a very ruined, chaotic, noisy, dirty city with terrible traffic, so walking or hanging around is not only unpleasant but also tiring. However, its library and Greco-Roman Museum are incredibly impressive. Other museums are very ordinary. Seafood dishes are very fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. Therefore, I think 2 days are enough to visit this city; You can spend a lot of time in the library and the museum, take a coffee break in a cafe (the number of stylish ones is almost nonexistent), take a short city walk and see what looks like it and gain insight about the city and have a seafood dinner in the evening and continue on your way.

was a lovely hotel, staff all friendly, my only complaint is that everywhere you went you could smell cigarette smoke, people smoked in the lobby, and the corridors the rooms, even though my room was clearly labeled no smoking everything stunk of cigarette smoke including fresh bedding and towels. this for a smoker would be not noticed, but if like me and my daughters (all nonsmokers) it was enough to put a black cloud over the whole holiday .

I was pleasantly surprised by Alexandria.
I was pleasantly surprised by Alexandria. It is a big, bustling city, and parts of it are very dirty. However, there are so many interesting things to see, and it is pretty easy to get around, I used Uber. It’s a very interesting city, and I recommend giving it at least a few days.

The hotel has a Golden Age dmfell with grand rooms and lobby. Good customer service polity and friendly staff. The room service e was quick and food very good. The only thing about the hotel is the exterior it needs a good paint and refurbished of the master entrance and windows. These could attract more people if they would return the sidewalk sitting as before
Hello 👋 all the room are arround the pool 100 % new and clean 😀 this is the second time here and the hotel is new 👌 everything i like in the room plus it is always no noise when it is not summer and i respect GM's who make 👏 the special rate for Egyptians paying with the Egyptian pounds as the local law in the central bank of egypt 🇪🇬 and the tourism local policy for egyption special rate which i know from 25 years tourism, special thanks & appreciated much .
Staff were very helpful, the hotel was clean and they had attention to little details in the room (safe, amenities, complimentary fresh fruit, comfortable bedding)
The hotel looks great, it is a renewed historical building from the era of king Farouk of Egypt, they kept all the old characteristics of the building, it is in a quiet area and perfect for walking around.
Great breakfast.
Excellent value for money
Highly recommended especially in winter.
It's comfortable to stay. I came here with my family and toddler. The bed is really comfortable to sleep. The room is spacious. The wifi and smart tv works well, we can play youtube for the kids to watch. Not used to egypt elevator coz at Malaysia, we just need to press button. But here need to use key. But the doorman patiently teach us how to use, despite communication barrier. The owner response really well even we dont have the chance to meet..
Everything was perfect. I’ve been to a lot of accommodations in Egypt and this one was the most prepared one and extremely clean, the floors were literally shining when I arrived. The kitchen is good and has everything you need. The apartment is quiet since it is a side street but next to the tram station, Khaled Ibn elWalid (big street with a lot of shops) and less than a 10min walk to the corniche. I’d 100% recommend
Localisation is very well, so close to markets and main tourist attractions, just promoted care and used more shops for locals not a tourist becouse price can be double, also good idea is to rent a bicycle that you can explore everything very easy* (if you are okey driving in Egypt weather), rooms are so big and clean, everything necessary is inside and private swimming pool, no need nothing more for me :)
Location was on the corniche so ideal. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was Egyptian food so nice for someone who likes that cuisine. Cheeses, falafel, salads and an egg station however you like it. Bread was fresh. Struggled to find anything I liked as I have European taste. They said the beach is accessible which was accross the road, it looked beautiful.
Delicious full Egyptian breakfast on the beautiful rooftop area. The hotel had a special vintage elegance and the staff was wonderful. One of our rooms smelled like cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room and they accommodated us to switch to another room. Location was very convenient, albeit a bit noisy because of being so close to nightlife.
A large, clean, super comfortable and well organised hotel. Nice private beach and 3 pools. Breakfast was superb. Staff on hand to answer any question and help with any query. Reception organised a taxi to the airport which matched Uber prices but was a luxury car (rare in Egypt). Overall a wonderful experience. Good value for what you get.
Very good hotel, actually it's 4* resort, clean and big room, good quality breakfast, they gifted us Egyptian sweets and key chains, it's in beutiful location of Mediterranean sea, staffs are good very nice hospitality.. manager was very much help full.. any traveles and tourist can book this hotel.
Location is brilliant, very convenient and view from the room was amazing!
Staff were super helpful, especially Ms. Madonna and Mr Mahmoud in the reception.
Loved the breakfast as there were many Egyptian options to try and great alternatives.
Location is very safe and you can use uber easily
Best hotel we stayed in Egypt. A literal palace with a vintage vibe and aristocratic decorations. The rooftop view is simply impeccable. The breakfast delicious with various options. The staff is very professional and helpful. The room will make you feel like a lord. We totally recommend it.
I was little suspicious about staying in hostel in Egypt but this place changed this idea. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was great despite it served later than the schedule. Bed was comfortable and the common room is nice. Overall I enjoyed with my stay there and for sure will do it again.
It is really clean. The furniture is very nice for a property in that price range in Egypt. The staff are very helpful. There is a nice sitting room for relaxing. . The location is very central but away from traffic (unlike the Corniche).
The hotel is really so clean and comfortable I recommend any egyptian or foreign to go to this place. the price is very competitive. the hotel near everything around Alexandria. People there are very helpful espionage mina is great guy.
I was transported back to the era of ancient Egyptian royalty at this elegant hotel. The elevator was particularly enchanting, and the sea view from my balcony took my breath away. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly.
I loved everything about this hotel. The BEST bed in all of Egypt, and I’ve been in the country a month. Staff will go out of their way to take good care of you.
