The stay was very pleasant, especially 5 stars for their services, we had to leave early for the airport so they provided us full loaded breakfast before the usual time and that too the food was sent directly to our rooms. ♥️ we reached at 7pm, the swimming pol time was up, but they allowed us an additional hour for the swimming pool. ♥️

Amazing sea view. Everything in the villa is renovated and clean, the reception, the bedrooms and the bathrooms are spacious. All the home electric devices, air conditioners and kitchen appliances are new. The resort is fantastic, very calm and relaxing with greenery landscape, The beach and the pools are clean and not crowded. A supermarket and cafeteria are available just a few steps away from the villa. They also provide delivery service.

Staff is outstanding although checking-in was not that perfect. However after that Mr. Mahmood showed up and showed superior customer service which we really admired. The facility is great and very clean. Lots of swimming pools and great private beach. The facility provides great privacy and good spot for couples, elderly and families with kids. Breakfast is great and special thanks to Mr. Hoss who goes around every table making sure guests needs are met.

    It’s place for kids to spend time on swimming, swimming pool safe and good but it’s not good place for tourist , entertainment is poor and nothing around the hotel , food is not good , we can not swim in the sea because waves was very strong

    It is not a city you can visit as a tourist.

    It is not a city you can visit as a tourist. You need to book in a resort which you may leave once during your stay to have a dinner in one of the bedouin restaurants in the area. If you’re not going for business make sure to pick a resort with all facilities you might need.

    If the tourist doesn't care about room comfortability and can pay more, then the Hotel is good with respect to other facilities - beach, swimming pool, restaurants. After my search, I found similar facilities with much lower prices.

    I really want to appreciate the following hotel team:

    I really want to appreciate the following hotel team: 1- Front desk team (mainly Ms. Hala) 2- Room Service & Restaurant team (Mohamed & Ahmed). 3- House keeping team (Talat). 4- the Great smiley security person in the outside gate (the black upper Egypt person) with kind face. 5- Last not least your nice view facing the sea with the swimming pools.

    The true meaning of hospitality I found in this hotel. All the staff have a welcoming smile, especially the reception team (Shereen). The room is large and clean with free internet. The restaurant and its service are also great, they have a varied breakfast buffet. This hotel will be my second home especially for its proximity to the airport
