Parador de Ceuta is housed in a modern building attached to Ceuta's old Royal Walls. Some rooms provide magnificent panoramic views of the sea and peninsula.

The staff were very friendly, and the location was amazing.
Located in Ceuta, Oh Nice Revellin Ceuta provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. At the hotel, each room is equipped with a desk, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels.
Ceuta is a lovely city. The weather is mild. There are historical sites to visit, such as statues and information on ancient greek philosophers (Aristotelis, Plato) and large statues of Hercules and Kalypso. The city is clean and well maintained. There are many options for shopping. The restaurants are good and the food is reasonably priced. The beaches are great. A big challenge is trying to find parking space - this is extremely difficult at all hours of the day or night.

Maybe an interesting town, if you look at the history.
Maybe an interesting town, if you look at the history. You see old buildings, a fascinating corniche and impressing churches . but the way to follow the direction to the Moroccan borders is terrible you must calculate hours to pass a few hundred meters . I made this experience in January, and I do not want to think of the situation during the summer and tourists ' situation . The formalities , asked by one side or the other, are ridiculous - why do I need a " tarjeta turista " as a resident of Morocco ?? Nobody could explain this to me ... But to obtain this little sheet of paper you have to spend hours at the border .

I enjoyed Ceuta, I was planning to only pass through to the frontier with Morroco, circumstances changed and stay in Ceuta allday and night but I think I would not find enough to do for more than a day; it was winter time, so maybe a revisit is due in the summer!

Everything is in walking distance, the place is friendly and there is lots to do, and of course Gilbralter is never really out of site. The historic walls are A 1, the beaches are inviting and one is enclosed by historic walls.

Small town getaway if you want a break from Morocco.
Small town getaway if you want a break from Morocco. Interesting fortifications, nice beach cafés, great tapas. Good for inexpensive shopping - plenty of supermarkets, and retail outlets (especially near the port).
