conveniently located to the airport and the city

The staff was incredibly helpful in handling outside services, taxi, parcel pickups etc.

It was a pleasant surprise. Located directly on the bus route to the airport and only 1 stop from the airport. Both the daytime and night time shift reception staff were 100% professional & helpful in answering my.many questions. The bathroom sink counter should be the standard for all hotets. A lot of table top.

Everything about our stay was lovely. Our room looked out over the gardens and the city beyond. The staff helped us get a last minute reservation at the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent. There is a gated parking area next to the hotel for cars. We were able to walk through the property and we explored a local park across the street. The staff also helped us to arrange a taxi very early in the morning so that we could get to the airport in time for our flight home. Since they were about to close for the season, we were the only guests sleeping in the main hotel so we had a very quiet stay. The other guests were in the apartments and far enough away that we did not hear or interact with them. The pool was also closed for the season but looked nice.

It's a small and quiet place

super cute and charming. clean and friendly staff

I love this hotel, everything was very easy; the location was excellent.

The room was assome. All the hotel team is great !! Totally recomendable.

Excellent apartment to stay with kids, refurbished, minimalist, full kitchen!! Felt like home!

Beautiful open atrium seen from outside of room and comfortable bed

Very clean. Staff is very kind and hospital

The service and location. I also have an issue because I forgot something in my room and realized only when I was at the airport and they helped me with it. Much appreciated because it was a valuable item for me!

For us, the location was great because we could walk to the train station (or you could go by a short taxi ride). The city bus (#11) stopped half a block away from the hotel and took us to the Torre Hercules (about 45 minutes bus ride). There’s a couple of restaurants/bars in the same block as the hotel. The room was clean, pleasant, and quite spacious (shower and bathtub).

Everything about the place was nice...
