Personal approach of staff snd wonderful location

This is a wonderful property in every way, its central location, beautiful bedroom and bathroom, most comfortable bed, high quality bed linen and towels, great security and the breakfast was delicious.

I like the concept, very beautiful old mansion with complete overhaul. The best beds I slept on Mallorca with so nice rooms, feeled like at home.

Absolutely exceptional hotel. The staff is lovely, the rooms are comfy, the city itself is picturesque and calm (not as many tourists here) and the pool is an incredible addition. Overall the vibes and character of this hotel blew us away and we would very happily come back here. There are also two friendly cats (we named them Fred and George) that made this stay even better. There is a whole kitchen available to you for cooking, including a fridge and you can buy some local drinks and soaps for reasonable prices. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Great breakfast with fresh orange juice, helpful staff and great location.

The hotel had house vibes,which we loved. The patio was amazing,and the interior design was nice too. The room was like in pictures, the maintenance lady changed the towels and tidy up whenever we asked.

We loved this wonderful place and the staff is the very best!

Very friendly and helpful staff

Great location central to Soller which is a beautiful town with all the facilities you need. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is beautiful and in great condition. The pool was perfect for late afternoons on hot days. The breakfast may be the best one I have experienced.

The breakfast was outstanding, amazing, delicious and the restaurant was super cozy! The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. They helped us with restaurant reservations, parking places and all tourist advices. The hotel is located in the heart of Soller and is near all restaurants and shops.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever been to!!! Exceptionally kind staff, amazing hotel interior and exterior, perfect location, underground garage… Daily free drinks in the mini bar, rooms cleaned perfectly!! Plenty of towels (including pool towels)… We loved EVERYTHING!

Excellent staff very good food, and a great location

Hotel was excellent. However the evening meal was shocking. Undercooked fish. The staff were lovely though. Shame the kitchen let the stay down.

Wonderful hermitage in the heart of the Tramuntana, very clean, quiet and gorgeous exteriors.

Far away from typical tourist places/traps. - beautiful nature and fantastic well maintained hotel. The restaurant, dinner, wine and breakfast were incredibly good.

They are VERY welcoming for me and my husband, and a very detailed discription about the hotel 🙂 Private pool, nice view, comfortable bed, luxurious interior, antique furniture and everything.. everything was perfect. I can walk around the downtown and market. Thank you for everything and relaxing my honeymoon last day. I hope to stay again.

I loved everything - food, design, location, atmosphere and comfort!

Simple, understated & tasteful decor throughout makes this an incredibly calm and restful environment to relax in, in the center of Sóller. We loved Suite 7 on the top floor with roll top bath. Albert was super helpful. Appreciated self-service coffee/tea, wine, croissants, cake, fruit etc available throughout the day. Would recommend to friends and hope to return.

Location and just how comfortable the room/bed was. Great size bathroom too. Staff were very helpful with check in and organising our car parking.

Super cute hotel located 50m fro the Train Sóller main station. If the trip to Sóller on a vintage 1929 built electric train made of wood was like a trip back in time my stay in hotel El Guia was like the continuation of that time travel. The hotel is very modern and clean yet the room has that 1930s vibe. Had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again ❤️
